Thanks, Pat! I am looking forward to moving on.
My time here in O Grove is slowly coming to an end. My knee is better, but not perfect and I fear it may well need another Operation to fix it. So what have I been doing for the last few days? I chose O Grove by the price of...

Thank you Pat. We are now all looking forward to that adventure.
A friend of mine believes that everything happens for a reason. She does not believe in coincidence. Well I wish I knew the reason for today's incidents in my life which almost made my heart stop with sorrow. But I jump the g...

UWe sometimes feel you have to be crazy to walk the Camino! It may not be a necessary attribute, but it helps when like minded pilgrims meet and journey together. Our BBF after walking most of the Camino alone, walked most of...

Today, Monday 18th May 2015, we reached the Cruz de Ferro, at 1528 meters, in perfect weather for walking just as the sun was kissing the earth. As I approached it, a line from a Cliff Richard song suddenly went through my he...

On our journey we have met many pilgrims from different lands. Those that started with us in France and are still walking are special. These it is a pleasure to meet again and share our experiences of the Camino. Some we share rooms with along the way. Some...

Thanks Pat we enjoyed walking with you as it is always especially nice to meet humans that understand bears. We'll make sure they do the superhero pose as it will ensure they get there. Bon voyage.

Pilgrim's Progress 2
I am glad I do not have to wear his shoes. My Pilgrim's Pass with the stamps collected so far. While the Bears are squabbling over what they should write about next, I thought I might give you my review of the Camino so far. In fact it is exceeding my expe...

Story
Introduction
Since birth I've been a gypsy, never living in one place for long. Spent almost 5 years sailing mainly alone around the world in my 14 meter steel ketch.
Bragging rights
Having sold the yacht I sailed around the world on I can devote much of my spare time to my new hobby which is photography.
