Thanks to our apartment communities in Syracuse, NY for supporting the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in Onondaga County. Books, blankets, stuffed animals, and more were collected and donated to support this wonderful organization!

Morgan CEO Robert Morgan and partner David Crista, CEO of Christa Development Corp., have acquired the Century Club of Rochester.
“This is the perfect addition to the Strathallan portfolio of event spaces,” Morgan said in a statement. “We are thankful for the opportunity to extend our brand to this neighboring venue and look forward to continuing to build upon the vitality of the East Avenue neighborhood.”

Partners Robert Morgan of Morgan Communities and Ralph DiTucci of the ARN Group LLC are in the planning stages for a new comprehensive neighborhood to be developed on the site of the former Rochester Psychiatric Hospital, also known as the Terrance Building. With some residences targeted to be available in the first quarter of 2017 and continuing on into 2018, the yet-to-be-named community will feature a variety of apartment homes ranging from high-end luxury to attached ran...ch homes and moderately priced units, as well as a hotel, and neighborhood oriented commercial uses. Its prime location is within walking distance of the University of Rochester, CollegeTown, Strong Memorial Hospital, Highland Park and the Al Sigl Center, among other community landmarks.

LeCesse Development Corp. and Morgan Management have begun constructing the first phase of a 511-unit apartment complex on Route 9 in Malta, New York. The site is a little more than a mile from a GlobalFoundries factory that has hired 3,000 people over the past six years.
The first phase of the proposed GrandeVille at Park Place Malta project will include 292 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 140 garages. Monthly rents are expected to range between $1,100 and $1,800.

It's prime real estate overlooking the Genesee River and soon could become home to more than 100 luxury apartments, a promenade, 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space and an underground parking garage. The price tag - close to $25 million.
The City of Rochester reached an agreement with Morgan Management LLC to build a promenade between the building and the river on January 28. The project was nearly three years in the making.

The Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Rochester has been sold. Morgan Management and Christa Development are buying the property for $16 million. They're spending another $15 million on renovations to the interior and exterior.
Morgan and Christa hope to do to the Hyatt what they did to the Strathallan. The renovated and expanded East Avenue hotel is now booming.
"We love the real estate. We love the location. We're in the hotel business. We feel that there's a need for more Class A hotels as we've turned the Strathallan around. There's demand for rooms," said Bob Morgan.
