Ughhhh I really can't wait until my family moves. For one maintenance knocks on your door like they are looking for a fugitive of the state. Then when they come they aren't aware that their clothing and shoes are stained and soiled. So call me rude or nasty but yes I don't want your clothing to brush against my bed and or furniture. I will not allow anyone to come into my apartment after knocking on my damn door like their life is in danger before I calm my twin boys down. That's why I request maintenance issues to be taken care of at a specific time so that way my husband and I are available to be home because your maintenance team simply can't be trusted. In the past I let them come into our apartment when no one was home my clothes were knocked over, smelly water from the old refrigerator that I asked to be removed had dripped all over our floor and carpet a new wine cooler that I left on the kitchen counter just happened to be open and half full. I really can't wait to say good riddance.

I have lived at Woodland Creek Apartments for 4 months and love it so far. Bryan helped me find what I was looking for in my price range. Everyone in the office is very friendly and prompt on returning phone calls. My kids and I enjoy the amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area. Also, I love the location and convenience of the woodland mall, meijers, the airport and restaurants all within a five mile radius. If you are looking for nice, affordable, spacious apartments, check them out. I have done a lot of searching and for what I pay and what they offer it's difficult to find anything better!

They were great for the first month. Then it went down hill. Amenities were removed, notifications never seemed to get to me, they closed down the club house, their free breakfast went away while the clubhouse was closed and so did the pool, the rewards card vanished before I even got one, people park everywhere because they don't enforce anything. Also I've been straight up lied to on several occasions and left with packages not delivered because the office decided just before Christmas was a good time to stop accepting packages. When was the last time you got a busy signal calling a cell phone? That's their go to excuse. Also they like to randomly enter your apartment with only a days notice if at all. To be honest my Wingate experience was much better with the apartment office. The community is slightly better however. To note my apt has flooded twice, neither of which my fault. Once from above and once from the water heater that they left on super high temp. The reaction was to wait 2 months the first time during which my apt smelled like mold and they promptly did nothing. Invaded my privacy without notice and did a crappy repair job on the bathroom wall. Didn't replace light fixture covers or get me the floor cleaning voucher as promised. The second time they came over and set up blowers in the dead of summer promising cleaning service. Needless to say I ended up airing out the apt instead and choking on mold fumes.

This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Continued rennovations all year make this entire community beautiful. Redone front office and workout room. New roads this year, maintenance is constantly out and about, and the entire staff are all very professional and friendly. I've been here 8 months out of 15 and already thinking about signing another lease. The walls are basically sound proof, the appliances are in great condition, we're also on the third and top floor with vaulted ceilings which we love. Shoutout to Steve, Will, Lea for working so hard and making this place feel like a home.

Woodland Creek offers beautiful apartments on a very clean and organized ground. The new renovations are also beautiful and I've been more than impressed with the Property Management company every time I've spoken to a representative. The staff is also very professional and welcoming. Great place to live!

From the first day I went to Woodland Creek, everyone was friendly and professional. My favorite staff member is Will Sallaway. Will was diligent and fast with the service he provided for me. The atmosphere is wonderful here. Will took his time, patience and answered all my questions. He showed me the property and walked me through the process of leasing. Thank you kindly for satisfying my customer needs. Great community!!!! Great Staff!!!!

1) It was clear they bombed my apartment with rodent and bug killer when I moved in, which is how I'm assuming a mouse crawled in through a hole under the kitchen sink and died in the wall. The smell was awful and took over my apartment. I called the office and explained the situation to Will. He told me that he would talk to the manager and call me back but to for sure expect a call back that night regardless. I did not get a call back. It's been about two weeks now and my apartment still smells and I have not gotten a call back. 2) the entrance to the apartment building has a sticky lock that is very difficult to open if it even opens at all. I spoke to maintenance and they came and sprayed some WD40 in it and told me it needed to be changed, they would order one, but it would be a couple of days. That was Monday. It's now Friday and there has been no lock change or a follow-up phone call to even say they ordered a new handle. 3) When Will was giving me a tour before I moved in he mentioned they had tanning beds. Awesome! After I moved in I went to try to use them. Turns out, they have them, but they haven't hooked them up. Not awesome! This place sucks. Save your money.
