Bought a car in June of 2013. Said yes to one of the options that they try to upsell to you when you go to sign the papers. Dealership didn't respond when I asked several times when the option would be installed. So, I asked for the money back. The financial department ignored my phone calls for most of the summer, or would occasionally tell me that they were "working on it". Finally at the 6 month point, the salesman sent me an email, checking up on me and my car. I told him the problem I'd been having for the past six months getting the money for that upsell back. Asked him for help. And he did help, and I finally got the money back, almost 180 days after I bought the car. I'm extremely grateful to that salesperson for helping me get the money back. I used to really like Old Mill Toyota. My parents bought cars from there every few years for almost the past 30yrs. The current financial department, in the extremely bad handling of giving me a refund of less than $350 for an option that I never had installed into my $19k car, completely ruined any loyalty I had to buying cars or using the service department at Old Mill/Village Pointe (or their new location when they move). I'd posted another review for Old Mill Toyota/Village Pointe Toyota, that I'd edited several times over the last 6 months as I waited for them to practice customer service (they really do need a lot more practice. I've had less hassles getting my money back at McDonald's) For some reason, my latest edit of that review was mysteriously deleted. So, I deleted the entire review, and started fresh so that it didn't have a zillion edits. I can't currently drive my car that I bought from them. (I got to drive it maybe 2 months before I had to leave it parked in my garage) I have MS, and had a flare that's probably going to require me to get hand controls installed into my car so that I can use it. At least I can use the money that I finally got back from Old Mill Toyota/Village Pointe Toyota towards getting those hand controls installed into my car. That was probably one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with a business of any kind. I won't be using them ever again if I can help it.

Was there today (July 29, 2013) and the business is closed. The neon was gone from the sign by the street and on the building. All the outdoor tables were gone. Was there two weeks ago, and there was no sign they'd be closing. Today there was a sign on the door that said something like "due to unforeseen circumstances, we are no longer open for business. Please visit our other location". I wonder what their "unforeseen circumstances" were.

Red Zone BBQ has gone out of business. There's another restaurant opening up soon in it's place, and from the signs on the windows it looks like the new restaurant will be similar to Red Zone.
