Just want to give my 2 cents worth on the Bell and Howell Atomic Beam Flashlights as seen on TV: FAIL!

So the visibility and beam is great, but the control switch at the bottom of the flashlight is flimsy. It failed me as I was making security rounds, I unscrewed the end to see if I could figure it out and lots of little parts -- fell out and came apart.

Lucky for me I bought two, on the second for $9.95. What a deal I thought. ANOTHER Failure as I am making rounds. The bloody thing won't shut off unless I unscrew it. Then if I unscrew it--I know I may accidentally let a tiny part escape.

If dependability of your flashlight is important, as in corrections--DO NOT BUY this Flashlight!

Nope. Before I knew it I was going through 6 weeks of  Academy--included paid training, Workouts on the job, Free  self defense training...

I don't know about other states, but TX has some decent perks now, including a

I very much enjoy this song and video, Mr. Lansing. I shared it on Facebook as well.

I no longer live in the Grand Canyon--just don't know how to change that on G+. Back to the Texas Panhandle, home of my childhood.

Time off in Dalhart, TX
"God bless the broken road..."  I figure there has got to be an adventure, a blessing, and an opportunity to be a blessing anywhere I go.  Its a long, long story of how I ended up in Dalhart, TX. Perhaps someday I will focus enough to write it, and publish ...
