Whew. I feel like the student who is late to class because they were up all night, doing a paper at the last minute. Then they over slept and try to sneak in the back to seem like they were there the whole time. Hoping not to be noticed as to how ve...

I have lived in the Keystone State all of my life, save one. I am a country bumpkin who loves to paint, draw, decorate with primitives, and go antiquing (that is when I am not teaching or lesson planning). Things that I don't like are pricker weeds, thousand-leggers, spiders, and when kids use up the toilet paper at school with not a "square to spare". I don't mind squeaky chalkboards, but squeaky lettuce or Tupperware just about makes me pass out, especially if there is a spider involved (That's a long story. Something to blog about! Yea.).
All of these experiences, good and bad, are made possible by a loving God above because, "Every good and perfect gift is from above," James 1:17. I am truly blessed by doing a job I love, having a roof over my head, a husband who loves me, family and friends who support me, and most of all, a heavenly Father who sent His Son to save me.
