Senate OKs PA Budget Expenses, Not Revenue
Pennsylvania senators overwhelmingly signed off on a state spending plan, due by today for 2017-2018, and sent it to the House. It's missing a key component: revenue to pay for the costs. Good news: there's no provision to charge local municipalities for law enforcement coverage by the Pennsylvania State Police.
