Warm Thai hospitality and very comfortable and clean rooms. I like the Thai feeling when I visit this hotel. It will be even better when the renovation is completed.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay-in. The breakfast buffet was so satisfying to the tummy. :D The only thing I'm disappointed at was their swimming pool, it's open until 9 PM only. But I still liked the place though. Will check-in next time for sure. :)

Very expensive but no hot water for shower, humble breakfast. The merit of this hotel is near the shopping center. That's all.

I stayed at the Dusit Thani back in February on a business trip, and I was very impressed by the hotel, service, rooms, and food. I'm Pinoy, but have not been back to PI for a long time, as I live in the States. But I was impressed that the level of service was better than any hotel I've been in. The food was excellent- masarap! I liked the hotel staff, and the attendants at the door were dressed in native Pinay dresses. The lobby is luxurious. The rooms were comfortable, and location is central to everything in Makati and Metro Manila. I had warm water in my room, and was satisfied with it. The reason you don't get hot water in PI is that electricity rates are among the highest in the world. I will stay here again on my next trip to Makati. Maraming Salamat!

Great hotel and great service. Big shopping mall right next to it, Ayala Market, you can find just anything there for example good selection of books in English. If you are looking for local Philippino cuisine I'd recommend Mangan in the second floor of the Glorietta Mart connected to Ayala. Just ask guards for instructions. If you go, try Gulaman at Sado, local sweet drink, you'll be suprised. And I did have hot water if you read some of the other reviews.

Decent location easily accessibly by public transport or taxi, it is close to the good shopping and restaurants that Makati has to offer. Internet speed is ok. NO HOT WATER WTF. For the price a room costs one would expect the water to be at least warm.
