The symptoms of depression, such as fatigue and difficulty concentrating, make procrastination tempting. But putting things off fuels depression. It can lead to increased guilt, worry, and stress. It's important to set deadlines and manage your time well. Establish short-term goals and work hard to get the most important things done first. Each task you successfully complete will help you break through the habit of procrastination.

Struggling with insomnia? Cut down on caffeine, especially in the evening. Drinking tea, coffee, energy drinks or colas, can interfere with the process of falling asleep, and prevents deep sleep. Opt for a warm, milky drink or herbal tea, instead!

The body is about 60% water, give or take and you are constantly losing water from your body. To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember!
