I found these three, then went supersonic, getting to about Mach 1.3. Then I climbed up to about 20,000 feet, and fired off 3 AMRAAM's a bit before the lock on lights lit up. Then I launched the other three. I got two initially, and killed off the other one with a Sidewinder. Landed at Mineralnye, which is a long runway.

I do get calls for Training advice, power meter and bike selection, equipment choices, and personal shopping. Let's formalize it!

Here's an interview I did a few weeks back advocating for Bicyclist Education, through my friend and colleague Eric Brodie and his father.
Bike advocacy is a hot topic with cyclists in the US, and definitely in our neck of the woods, Dallas, Texas. While there are varying levels of interest among local governments around the country to make roads safer for cyclists and commuters, according to some, sharing the road is a two-lane street.  I got the chance to speak with Richard Wharton, elite cycling coach and owner of the Dallas Cycling Center to talk about how local bik...

Nothing in Google+ is as broad as the actual trip was - but this is still a good attempt.

If you're looking for a bike shop with knowledgeable sales staff, a great display of all the extra gear and kit you'll need, and the best bike brands available, then this is your place. I've been a client of Chris' since 1993, when I walked in as a total noob, and he's patiently worked me up to the point where I became a cycling coach and mentor myself. I consider this place to be the birthplace of my career as a recreational, competitive, and lifelong cyclist, and Chris, Rob, Stan, Al, and the rest of the crew should be proud of this now-2-decades-and-counting relationship. Thank you, gang, for all you've done, for all you do, and for bringing excellence to work every, single, day. I cannot thank you enough, but I hope that this helps.

Mike TRULY worked some magic on a really complicated project for me not long ago. He installed a glass wall between two studio spaces, allowing for visual flow-through while also completely soundproofing the separate spaces. Clients were allowed to see friends and activities between the spaces, while also allowing for different-themed classes and music or public address. It was performed on-time, and furthermore, it was DONE RIGHT the FIRST TIME. Mike is truly an artisan and creative thinker, combined with an incredible work ethic. We look forward to future endeavours with him and his company!

I've always enjoyed their service and professionalism, from the quote to the call that the vehicle was ready.

An extraordinarily talented Surgeon and a leader in the field of Spinal Injury. Dr. Wharton has been in practice since the late 60's, and has become one of the preeminent specialists in the country for spinal injury and reparation of degrading bone and tissue. I may be biased, but I am definitely impressed.

Wow - just... wow! I was a complete stranger, did a walk-in, got an appointment for a time within 48 hours. Then, they called and said they had an opening that was EARLIER in the day, should I want it. SERVICE! FANTASTIC! Then we get to the enrollment, eye exams, and review. Again - the staff were professional, timely, courteous, caring, and Dr. Fagala was cheerful and understanding. I've found a new home for my eyes and their care. Did I mention how clean and quiet and just awesome the place was on the interior?

We visit Mani about once a year to enjoy the roads and the lakeshore, and we always bring our bikes. Inevitably, there is always a need for some maintenance or parts, and the crew at Heavy Pedal are always top notch in their service and knowledge. They're friendly, helpful, and quick, leaving us MORE time for outside rides! Thanks for having a PRO shop in this great cycling state and community!

I've had multiple fantastic experiences with TriShop for about 3 years now. Their staff is knowledgeable, and their product line is great. The shop is clean, but the integration of their performance training area with the retail is what really makes them stand apart. We're big fans, and we enjoy their small-shop approach to knowing their customers, and precipitating their needs. Thanks, gang, you never disappoint!
