"The Great Social Customer Service Race" was created to evaluate how efficiently the nation's top brands provide consumer support on Twitter. We wanted to learn what kinds of tweets received a response, and how quickly.

The evaluations in the infographic are based on the time it took the brands to respond and the percent of total tweets that received a reply.

There are many more stages between each but these are the main bases to touch on the way to closing new business. Ask your #sales team which of these three stages they have most difficulty with, and we're sure 90% will tell you it’s number one: Prospecting activity.

Would your finance team like a more complete view of customer information?

Keeping them informed throughout the entire #sales process means finances are simpler to manage cash flows are easier to control.

1) With the right #CRM the finance team are kept in the loop
2) They know what marketing is doing to generate and nurture leads
3) They can see exactly who’s dealing with what, when the pipeline is due to convert and are automatically informed when sales close
