#FloralFriday some tips on caring for your amaryllis after it blooms. I know some gardeners toss them out after blooming, but they can be made to rebloom again. You just need to give the bulb what it needs.

I've had my amaryllis for more than 12 years. And it flowered every year. More by luck than good judgement probably. . Once it has flowered I put it in the greenhouse and ignore it more or less till the following year. It gets watered when I'm watering everything else and fed usually tomato plant food , I had seven flowers on it this year
