- “TEAM SUCCESS”
It is a regular practice to say that the moment one hear about the topic Team Building, they say it is very easy and common topic and they knew it.
I say, I have come up with certain other important points in this topic where few people might know and one would be benefited out really from this post, I strongly believe this.
I put my views on this topic “Team Success” in a simplest manner as well.
Please read below till the end.
The success of the team will surely depends on the following FEW activities.
• Knowledge sharing
• Continuous Learning
• Connecting of Newest and Latest Technologies, with the Skills, Concepts and Ideas.
• Development of New Procedures and Updates.
• Establishment of Priorities,
I am not happy with these above points.
I say, the above stated points are Quite Common in general practice.
I would suggest/recommend other factors to be taken into account along with the above stated activities.
I connect my Job Experience to this topic Team Building process, let’s see how it works.
I have said already that team must reach its predetermined goal(s), taking into account of both Quality and Quantity of Work.
I, being an Analyst,
Actively participated on the Team Success by:-
§ Providing “Training”,
§ Helped out slow paced working employees by providing simple techniques and loop hole (“Motivation”)
§ Actively participated in sharing my views to all other members who were unaware of some of the important intricacies of the daily working job activity (“Knowledge Sharing”),
§ Breakup activity goal into smaller action plans and assign to all other members (“Assignment”)
§ Make sure the action plan get done on time by all the co-members (“Supervision”)
§ Handle both internal and External Issues (“Communication”)
§ Assist in the development of new procedures and updates (‘Cooperation” and “Coordination”).
Now, I will let you know “Few” the other factors to be taken into account along with common factors in order to attain best results of the team,
• Better Environment
• Self-Development of employee
• Welfare programs
• Good working conditions and
• Non-Economic activities like; Love and affection, Sympathy and Sentiments.
If one must be able to follow the above factors along with the general team building activity process,
I say: -The team has built up.
Self Starter with a can do attitude
• Enthusiastic, Energetic and Competitive Achiever
• Extremely productive in high volume, Stress and Environment
• Manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Each team target is 100 doc’s for every six months!
Why 50? More;
Why 50? Less;
Is it helpful to Organization; engage the employees on Over Time? For longer period
That could be the reason for 50’ doc more productivity for Team 3” (7-12 months)!
Will the team produce the same Quantity of 50’ more all the time?
What could be the reason for 50” less for Team 1 in (7-12 months)?

“Your work need to be done by others On Time, Effectively and Efficiently”, Right!!!
There is no point of saying all the time that
We have lot of work load and have pressures.
I suggest the followings:-
"Few things" to be followed by Newly Appointed Manager:-
It will be more useful if one can sit along with the team members, Instead of sitting in one separate Room/Cabin.
Employees will feel that their manger is very close to them and they can easily share their feelings, so that a manger easily understand the employee mindset very closely and can easily bring out the inherent talents within less time.
Move with them like a friend, so that they can share even their personal life history. So that, one can easily find out what back ground the employee have come up and therefore, manager can easily mould them with his/her skills and can get the work from employees.
Be busy looking on your Computer Screen, so that others also follow you.
Break the job into pieces and assign bigger pieces to poor performing employees-Remember that manager must be with the employee all the days (Usefulness: Manager can easily assess their skills through Working Standards, Control System and also with Motivation process, one can polish them and therefore one can assign even complicated task to them later on when there is heavy duty.
Take them to Board Room for Knowledge Sharing Process.
Encourage Continuous Learning Process.
Allow them to participate in decision taking process, if when required( Listen to Employee Suggestions).
Take them to outings.
Give them treats from your own pocket and let them know it.
Do not try to take revenge on any employee on “One On One” meetings and at the time of “Performance Appraisals”.
Make them understand the Company Objectives, and its Policies.
Give them on Job topic and allow all the employees to speak up.
Make them understand the importance of
Turn around Time” and “Target Completion Date”.
“This is true that work will be done on Time, Effectively and Efficiently only when there is Openness, Positive Environment, Employee Recognition and Employee Job Satisfaction.”
Do not forget to take the Exist Interviews- You may come to know your faults.
I hope if one must able to follow all the points what I have suggested above,
The job will become very easy and you will reach your benchmarks very easily.
Once gain, I say:- Your job will get done “On Time, Effectively and Efficiently”
Note: - I say, “Leadership is nothing but getting the work done from others”
