I am only 13 and I am overweight.... in December, I was around 150 pounds and then I got the stomach flu and didn't eat for a week so I lost almost 10 pounds from that (I wasn't starving myself, its just that whatever I would eat would come back up). then I gained that back and even more. right now I am around 163-165 pounds!!! I want to lose AT LEAST 5 pounds before school starts (august 19).... I have been starting to do like wii fit plus and that stuff which is at least a start, but I just cant really stay committed to anything and I get lazy. and I practically eat all day if I have nothing else to do.... I know I just probably need to be more active and eat better, but I want other ways to lose this weight a little quicker!!!
