The whole brisket dinner was absolutely superb. Some of the best brisket I have ever had was accompanied by truly fantastic appetizers and a marvelous dessert. Excellent drinks and a great open atmosphere, it was a meal I will remember for quite some time.

While not "traditional" BBQ, Percy's did not disappoint! The Brisket was moist & had a nice bark. The pulled pork was also moist & had great flavor. It wasn't overly smokey, but just right.. it was more like gourmet bbq if such a thing does exist. The sauces had a pronounced cumin flavor but other than that, it was pretty good. On yeah, don't forget to get the keylime pie & smoked pork belly. Both were delish!

Phenomenal bar service and fantastic cuts of biscuit. Make sure to choose "moist" cut!

I'm a bit of a BBQ snob, but I thought the food was quite good. The brisket especially, it's one of the few good places around here that actually does it well. Very contemporary take on it, like serving pork belly with a cured egg yolk, and spicing the chicken with cinnamon and cumin. Staff was friendly. I thought the portions were a little small, though.

Loooove the sauce on the babybacks. Excellent side dishes. Many of them are traditional, others have a strange but good flair. Mac & cheese is so good I could eat a bucket of it. I like the fact that they serve drinks too unlike some of the smaller places.
