Walked in with the intention of buying a fully optioned out R1200GSA. Walked around the floor model prodding, poking and generally getting a fell for the bike and switching buttons. Did this for 20 minutes with absolutely no response from any of the 4 salespeople who were conversing with themselves or the salesperson on his phone at the desk not even 5m away from me. How this business expects to makes sake is beyond me if this is how they treat prospective customers. You've lost my business as I refuse to be treated as a cash cow and be doing your job for you!!!

The address is for the warehouse and the office. Business is mainly an online one. Awesome customer service and selection of products. They really take care of their clients. I ordered a backpack which they had to order in, and they were happy enough to do so. Other places were umming and ahhing about it. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area as they are an awesome entity despite their size.

This place carries all the reputable brands priced at a level that everyone can afford. They'll even package multiple items for you and give you a nice discount, like they did for me when I mass-bought all my gear and accessories. The people in the accessories department are really knowledgeable about their products and really take their time with every customer. They are also very approachable and don't treat you like an idiot when you ask the usual newbie questions. The sales department is top-notch. The people listen to your needs and budget and they go above and beyond to accommodate every customer. They don't do the hardsale or the snobbing that I've had at other places and that's nice as a customer. I bought my Ninja 300 from this place, and I've had all my servicing done here as well. Their service department is awesome, and very friendly. As a new rider, they don't flame you for asking silly questions. They take the time to go through everything they've done, and they even accommodate the little extras that I ask them to look at. Based on what I've experienced so far, I'll definitely be having a long relationship with this place.
