Introduction

I'm passionate about Internet Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization.

A guest speaker at eMetics Summit with over 12 years of combined experience in Web Design, Internet Marketing, Web Analytics, Usability and Conversion Rate Optimization with a bachelors degree in Marketing from Rutgers University. I'm also certified in Landing Page Optimization, Online Testing and hold a certificate in Web Analytics from The University of British Columbia. 

I believe that improving conversion rates begins with an understanding of the cognitive psychology of your users, based on personas and persuasive design. 

I blog regularly about improving website conversion rates and host the Conversion Rate Marketing podcast, on iTunes.
