I have been here for drinks, dinner and brunch. Bartender is extremely nice and knowledgable in giving whisky recommendations. The goat cheese platter was fantastic with watermelon on the side. If you want a classic brunch, I highly recommend the smoked salmon omelet. It looks like just a regular bar in the neighborhood, but it's perfect for a romantic date.

Really fresh, no-frills, delicious food. The goats cheese and beet salad was huge and so tasty (I shared it with friends). The pasta dishes are heart-warming and delicious (try the linguine vongole), and the fish tacos were pretty good (although I would have preferred non-fried fish - guess I didn't notice that on the menu though. Also two words: bacon hummus. It's to die for.

The Chicken BLT was well constructed and delicious. The baguette bread was easy to eat. Iced tea is small and not refilled. Smoked Salmon Crostini was large, not oily, with good toast at the bottom. Dishes came with nice green salad with excellent dressing.

I understand that NYC isn't known for its remarkable service. I don't need remarkable, I just need respectful. Bar Marche does not provide that, or really much customer service for that matter. I made a reservation online for 10 and called the following week to change it to 14. The man on the phone said it would be no problem and confirmed the change.Thankfully I called them several days prior to the reservation to confirm and the woman who answered could not find my reservation of 14 anywhere. Instead of apologizing or providing me with an explanation of why this happened, she called me a liar - insinuating I was lying to get my way in to her restaurant! She did not offer me any sort of resolution or apology for what happened. Thanks, but no thanks Bar Marche. Figure it out.

My favorite brunch place. Order the egg beneditcs with fries. My sister ordered the salmon and she loved it as well. The drinks are well made not too sugary or too strong just on point.

We came here for brunch right after one of the bad snowstorms this year and almost had the place to ourselves. The cocktails were delicious, as was the bacon hummus (!). Do NOT get the churros unless you have a group of 6 to eat them... I'll never be able to eat a churro again after eating it! The salted caramel ice cream it was served with was to die for though.

I like that this is one of the few decently lit restaurants in NoLita. I guess they want you to see the nicely portioned plates. I had a big bacon hummus platter (such a contrast - pork and a traditional Arab dish) and then the duck confit. Both were good. Service was efficient but maybe could be friendlier.

this trendy nolita hangout offers a well rounded experience with good food, adequate service, and sophisticated decor. however, its not outstanding in any specific category. its almost seems like a parody of the typical soho eatery. its failure to differe
