Downtown Los Angeles at Twilight

Here is a stitched panorama I recently did of the #DTLA  skyline, shot from the roof of +Vibrancy Studios.

I've wanted to make a shot like this for so long, and I couldn't be happier to finally be able to make it happen.

This version is extremely scaled down. Full size, the photo is roughly 230MP, and when printed, it will be about 15' wide.

Illustration: Escape

This is an illustration that I have been working on over the past 2 months or so. It was really just for my own practice, trying new techniques, and just playing around in #Photoshop .

Every single thing you see, was made entirely from scratch—except the helicopter, which was a free 3D model that I placed, colored, etc.

I am really hoping to do more illustration work soon, as it's always been really fun for me, and I really enjoy doing it.

Hoover Dam at Night
One of the last days of Photoshop World last week, myself, +Ryan Turner, and +Daniel Gregory headed out to the Hoover Dam to make some shots.

It was my first time ever being at the Hoover Dam, so it was awesome to be there, camera-in-hand. We even caught some of the Vegas lights coming from over the mountain.

Due to a missing tripod mounting bracket, we had to make a stop along the way, where I bought the cheapest tripod I could find (knowing it wasn't a permanent solution.) It turned out to be worse quality than I imagined it would be, barely supporting my camera. Thankfully, +Ryan Turner let me borrow is Really Right Stuff tripod, which allowed me to take this shot.

Overall it was a great night, filled with many laughs, and I came home with a photo I was happy with.

May We Never Forget 9/11
On #Sept11  2001 - Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Seven people were lost.  Mothers, Fathers, Husbands, Wives, Sons, Daughters. Friends.  I'll say a quick prayer for those I lost, and be thankful for all that I have today.  For the #NYPD #FDNY and all of the first responders that ran in when everyone was running out.  I thank you.  May we never forget.
