Aaron my massage therapist was incredible. He was very experienced and did a great job. He was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the whole experience. Very plush robes and nice ambiance to the facility. Everyone was so nice.

AMAZING! Very friendly staff. I was having trouble pulling up my Groupon, while they waited 30 minutes for me and still went through with my appointment! Very friendly and accommodating. I had a laser hair removal session and it went terrifically. I got exactly what I wanted. After reading other reviews, I will agree that the place is not very fancy. However it is the CHEAPEST AND BEST deal you can find in Salt Lake City.

I was TERRIFIED to use my groupon once I read all the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I showed up for my couple's massage on friday with my husband. Yes, it isn't the greatest building in the world and could use some updating but was honestly not that bad. It was spacious, our room was big and we felt very comfortable. The owner was actually very kind and lovely to talk to, I was hesitant and let my husband do most of the talking, but she was great! We got sent back to our room 5 minutes after arriving, and our therapists were Aaron and Laura and they were very professional, respectful, and gave my husband and I some of the best massages we have ever had. I wish we would have had more cash on hand so we could have tipped them more. Who knows, maybe they are trying to be better after reading their reviews because we were impressed.

This was by far the worst "spa" experience of our lives. We kept expecting a cameraman to pop out and tell us it was all a big prank! The facilities are a complete dump and the owners have obviously made zero real effort to class the place up. There were literally sheets hanging from the windows, old nasty/filthy couches in the "waiting" area, nasty bathrooms that only had a single full size towel to dry your hands and was soaking wet, and I could go on for days with more hilarious blunders. My wife and I almost left before our massages even started (even though we had already paid for them) because we were so turned off by the nastiness of the facilities. We only stayed out of pity for the poor massage therapists that had to work there. My massage therapist was really nice and she did a good job. My wife had a nasty looking hippie who looked like he hadn't showered in weeks and gave off a serious creepy vibe. Too each his own but I'm sorry, if you are going to be touching someone for an hour, you need to have good personal hygiene. They do not have changing rooms so they ask you to get naked in the massage room and I guess you are just supposed to throw your clothes on the ground in the corner? Not to mention when you are done with the full body massage you have to get dressed with all the oils all over your body with no option to rinse off anywhere. This place was a total joke and I cannot believe any of these positive reviews are real. They must be fake, family, friends, or bought. There is no way an objective person would review this place above a 1 star. This place is a joke and it's like the owner isn't even trying.

I love love love this spa! The staff is so friendly and chill. If you are looking for a good experience you should come here. They give the best massages in the South SLC area. If you are looking for a truly healing, therapeutic, experience, this is the place to go. I have become a regular here and they are a full service salon that offers everything from laser facials, hair removal, eyebrow waxing, hair cuts, nails, massage, pedicures, body sculpting, ion cleanses, etc. This place is a diamond in the rough! Who would have thought this place was right here in Holladay!! Ask for Cherisa for massages, she is great! and Alex for hair! I am telling you that these girls are miracle workers!

I would not recommend this place. the facility is not spa-like at all, and in fact reminded me of an industrial dump. my fiance and i went for valentines day. it was a fun experience...mostly because it was so bad though. my massage therapist would suddenly stop massaging with one hand and I could hear his iPhone start button being pushed...so he was texting. Which, I get you gotta text sometimes...but really?! No one was mean or unprofessional (with the exception of texting) but it is not somewhere I would go again...even with a groupon discount.
