I hated working out and had not worked out in years. I might go once in a while with the determination to start but quickly give up. I found working out to be boring and unfufilling until I started going to The Girls Room at the beginning of this year. I now look forward to going there everyday after work. The instructors are great. I feel like part of the class and best of all it does not fill so much like a work out but like having fun doing something challenging. It definitely makes me feel feminine and pretty. Everyone there is very supportive and motivational. I have been going 5 to 6 times a week. My friends and family are shocked to see me so excited about going to work out. Love love love TRG!!!!!

I first found out about The Girls Room through a groupon deal that my friends and I decided to purchase. We walked in for our first class and have been hooked ever since! I even signed up for a 6-month membership. Pole fitness is a great workout and although after the first few classes I felt much pain, it was totally worth it. I have finally found a fun fitness activity that I truly look forward to doing. As for TGR Dallas, it is a great place to do pole. The environment is fun and supportive and the instructors are great. I emphasize this because I was worried about the clique-ish feeling that was in some other reviews. Not so at all! While it was intimidating at first, I soon realized that everyone started out not knowing what to do so they all understand and are willing to help. I have asked other girls to show me new tricks or repeat something I didn’t understand they gladly do so. I have met so many new people and I look forward to seeing some of my new workout buddies. As for instructors, I believe everyone has a style they prefer. I have not been disappointed with a class so far and I have learned something different and fun each time. I will say that my personal favorite is the owner, Karyn. She is amazing and breaks things down so you can understand. My favorite part of TGR Dallas is that I always walk out feeling sexy and empowered. The place isn’t about making you a stripper but about teaching you to love who you are and owning it. Give it a try to find out what I mean!

I have been in gymnastics for 10 years, ballet for 6 years competitive cheer for 6 years and even coached for a while. Now, I have a personal trainer that I see weekly and attend classes at TGR about twice a week, but the benefits of The Girls Room are indescribable compared to all the other workouts I have been through. You leave feeling pretty sore your first time, but quickly recover. It's so worth it though! I have been a member for a year 1/2 now and there are still times that I can barely make it up my stairs once I get home from level 4 workouts, but I wouldn’t want to leave any other way! I had a workout with a new trainer just the other day. I thought he worked me pretty hard for am hour, but when he asked how I was feeling 2 days later I was so happy to say that I wasn't sore at all from his workout. He was shocked and said next time we are stepping it up! I would definitely say that The Girls Room is beneficial to all ladies no matter what size you are. I have personally seen ladies drop pant sizes in a week and even if you are happy with your size, this is the absolute best way to stay toned. Not to mention how sexy and empowered you feel as you leave ;) MB

I LOVE working out at The Girls Room. It seems like the world is against you but The Girls Room is for you! Every time I go, I leave feeling so much better about myself, my accomplishments during class and my view of life seems to be much brighter. It is so hard to uphold the pressures of being this and doing that by way of celebrity looks and style, but The Girls Room and it's staff help you feel like you are AMAZING. Everyone is EQUAL at The Girls Room, and I am so happy I have found a place I can be ME. Keep up The GREAT Work and Come on Girls, Come Join me at The Girls Room!

Working out at The Girls Room has been one of the most fun things I've ever done! It's sUpEr exciting to be able to build strength doing such a feminine workout. I love that I'm continually challenged beyond my perceived abilities and it's even more exciting to do things I didn't think I'd be able to do. The instructors are aMaZiNgLy supportive and there aren't many other workouts where you get applauded for doing it right! I LoVe The Girls Room!

There is definitely potential in this place, but the teachers can be really frustrating. They are in-shape and toned, but they do a poor job of explaining to the rest of us how to be that way. The music drowns out their voice, so you never know what step to do next and they rarely come around and adjust your positioning or tell you what you are doing wrong. It makes class really annoying when you feel like you are one step behind the entire time. Karyn is a great teacher and so is one other girl, but the rest just come in, workout and that's it. I agree with posts about the clique-ish feel of this place. It is hard to get a teacher's attention and have her help you unless she already knows and likes you. I would easily buy a year membership if the teachers were better and there were more class options throughout the day, but at this rate, I would rather go back to my gym membership which was half the price and has zumba and yoga plus other the typical gym benefits! $130 for one -1hr workout a day? Not worth it.
