This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I pre-ordered the water slide in April for a July party. I received my confirmation email April 5 for a July 25 party. The slide wasn't even in their inventory. I called them one week prior to the party July 19 to make a final payment and this is when I found out they don't even have the slide. Without any apology or explanation the rep proceeded to try to change my order to something else. We had been planning and ordering supplies to match the theme of the slide since April. The rep offered a smaller slide for the same price. I asked for a manager to call me. The manager did not call me. I called her. Again NO apology. She began to look for a different slide. This time 20% off a smaller slide. Why would I trust them when they allowed me to book a slide they didn't have. I asked for owner Scott Ratliff to call me so I could deliver my complaint to him. He refused to call me and the manager advised me th at he was not going to call me. The manager did not seem to be moved one bit by the situation. I told her to it may not matter to her but this rental is not for her. She still did not apologize and by her tone I could tell she was not understanding why I was so upset. It was a very frustrating situation and my conversations with these people made it even more frustrating. I felt the owner was hiding behind a manager with very little insight on how to deliver customer service that makes up for the impact for their mistakes. I would think this business owner and his staff would have more concern for their customers. My advice is find someone else for your party rental. These people do not care.

Don't use Let's Jump for your home bounce house rental! They were no shows! The website seems legit and they are polite over the phone. They even called the day before to confirm and ask for payment! Then no bounce house! They were suppose to arrive between 10am and 12pm. The delivery guy called me around 1:30 (30 mins before my party started) to let me know he didn't have my bounce house on his truck and was just now going to the warehouse to pick it up- that would take 30 mins and then an additional hour to hour and half to arrive at my house! He would have missed the entire party! I had no choice but to cancel. No one answers the phone on the weekends- you leave a voicemail! Thanks for ruining my little girls birthday party Let's Jump!

I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They hire crooks and have horrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Don't waste your money here. We scheduled well in advance to have a bounce house specifically themed for my son and his cousins forth bday party of 35+ kids. We received a conformation email and phone call the day prior to have it delivered and set up by 2pm for the party to start at 3pm. No one showed up or called us by 2:30. My wife left over a dozen messages to find out what was wrong and when the rep called back at 2:45 he said he could have a replacement one there by 3:30 that was for 1-2 year olds and a Micky Mouse theme NOT a Super Hero Theme. Talked to the owner and he offered nothing for our inconvenience and ruining two kids Birthday parties.

The first year I used them it was flawless. It was easy, no problems, everything was great. The next year was awful! They were suppose to show up sometime before noon and ended up showing up one hour after the party started. Once they finally had it set up the party was almost over and the jump house was filthy. The jump house had been left outside at the last location for 2 weeks in the rain and was full of mud, dirt and leaves. The jump house dripped stagnant water and the kids were slipping and falling on the muddy water leaking from the roof. The owner had a careless attitude about the entire situation. I will never use them again!

It is clear from other reviewers that the communication of this business is seriously lacking. We rented a bounce house for my son's 7th bday party. The party started at 2:00. On the website, when you book, it asks for the event start time, which I entered as 2:00. Then there is an additional place to put what time you want deliver/set up. This was confusing to me, as they should set the time that they will deliver, not me. I am not a bounce house company. I have no idea how long it takes to set up, or how many other parties they have to deliver bounce houses to that day. My husband and I own a shipping company, and we make the schedule for our customer pickups and deliveries, not the other way around. On the Friday night before the party, a man from the company called to say that it looked like there was a discrepancy in the delivery time and the start time for the party. I called back a few minutes later, got a machine, and left my message, that yes, the start time was 2:00, so I needed delivery prior to 1:30. No one called back. I called again in the morning, a few times until I finally reached someone, who assured me that he would contact the driver to be sure that my delivery would happen on time. 1:00 rolled around. No call, no driver, no bounce house. 1:30...1:45...nothing. Until at 1:55 the driver called and said that he was 35 minutes away with our bounce house. Perfect. Just long enough that it would arrive too late for our guests to enjoy. When I said "can I get a discount for only having it for half of the time I needed it?", he said "I'm sorry ma'am. Technically we are arriving in the two hour window." Um....the WRONG two hour window. Anyway. We cancelled the delivery. My husband was furious, but the party went on without a bounce house. It is sad that a company puts so little value on important events such as a child's birthday. And then when they mess up, they don't have the decency to accept responsibility for it, personally, or financially. I would not recommend this company. Even if another company has higher rental rates, I would seek out a company that thinks a little more about their customer and their customer's satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not spend your money on this place. I bought a groupon that gave me 12 kids, unlimited jump, party room, etc. I called the day of the party to confirm my 6:30 reservation and they had changed it to 4:30 without my knowledge. many of my party guest were unable to attend and my husband only saw our child open up presents. When i got there I asked for waters for the children and they only had pop I bought a pizza (14 for large) which i think is a rip off. Then I had to ask for cups, then ran around trying to find a knife to cut my childs cake.... they did not have anything. I was in that room by myself for an hour. The place itself was poorly staffed and dirty. When I spoke to the employee after I CLEANED the party room and got my stuff together why I didnt get anything I payed for he was very rude, "My boss decided to hire all these cheer leaders and we just got this party package from lets jump." WOW, do not sit there and bash your fellow employees for being cheer leaders. He refused to take my groupon saying he has no idea what that is for and lets jump just handed over the business to the cheer leading side of things. over all I think this place is a rip off and will never come here again. thankfully, groupon refunded my money, but i have still highly annoyed.

There is nothing wrong with this place. I like how the staff let's you play on your own and isn't crowding around you. They are there if you need help. I get so mad at parents that write bad reviews about places b/c their kid gets hurt while they were too busy chatting. There aren't many places where you can just hang out and let your kids run unsupervised, and if they get hurt, the facility gets blamed. My 3 year old has been going here since he was 1 and we have always had a great time!! He just had his 3rd birthday there and the staff was great. It's a bounce gym with tons of inflatables where kids take their shoes off...of course it's going to smell like a gym...
