I start to look for a new car 3 weeks ago, and Land Rover was not under my bucket list, I didn't thought that I was able to afford or get approve for this car, until I meet Michael J Kammer, he show Us our dream vehicle, took Us in the most amazing car demonstration that I have ever had in my life, the knowledge, the willing to show the car more than pressure to sale the car, and his high customer service experience is something that you don't find in a car dealer,..... he is a truly professional, customer service person. The buying process was the easiest one, and over the phone, 2 days later I was driving the car home, just in the way that we want it, with out extra payments or something that you can regret later, he change me from Mercedes to Land Rover!!!!!!!! KUDOS!!!!!

I had a great experience at Land Rover Orlando. The process was very easy and stress free. Matt Yates was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Land Rover of Orlando to everyone!

Very bad experience I was recently sold a car with the perception that I was being sold a vehicle at a certain trim level. It turns out that was not the case they sold me the model lower and added certain features on to make it seem as though that was the case. Almost everything except the trim level very shady tactics and on top of that the general manager lied to my face as well and told me I had the upgraded trim level in the car. Very disgusted and dissatisfied with the level of respect and customer service. I worked with Maria who seemed very nice and honest but it evidently this was not the case.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Please give me a call to discuss your specific sales process in more detail. You purchased an HSE from us which is an upgrade from the SE, that I was told you had specifically picked out on our lot. We added no equipment locally, but the Discovery you purchased was equipped from the factory with an upgraded sound system, which our salesperson had said you required. There is an upgraded HSE, with a Lux package, but that model is $4000 more than the HSE you purchased. I know we spoke regarding the black lug nuts you wanted, which were not available on your car, but we will make certain we get those taken care of. I've recently purchased my third vehicle from Land Rover Orlando. I keep coming back not just because I'm happy with the product but it's truly the customer service that keeps me coming back. Michael Kammer has been my sales guy each time and is a true gem of a professional that's rare in sales. He has always made buying a new vehicle a pleasure as he exhibits patience with me as he assesses my needs. No haggling has such great value to me as Michael always gets me the deal I'm most happy with! Adam Clark my service advisor. I get the same royal treatment from Adam whenever I bring in my car for service. No matter how busy the service department may be, he treats me as though I'm the only customer and consistently goes above and beyond. My expectations are exceeded with every visit!

The reason I became a Land Rover owner was because I was looking for a dealership that appreciated my business and offered genuine personal experience. After 20 years of buying BMWs from the same dealership, I never knew one person when I called or went to the dealership; no one knew me and sometimes confused my records with my husbands ex-wife. When I made my first call to Michael Kammer at Land Rover Orlando, he immediately recognized me due to past sales with my husband. Mike is very professional and had the personal touch I expected when purchasing a higher end vehicle. He was very patient with me as I slowly came around to leaving BMW. I had many, many questions and Mike always had the answers. He spent many hours helping me overcome the anticipation of differences between the Rover and BMW. He always took my calls, never avoiding that annoying lady on the phone with more questions. I'm truly glad I made this choice and love my new LR4 Landmark. No reservations now. Rover for Life!
