I recently completed a lease deal on a Range Rover Sport. Erik was an outstanding salesman who knew what I was looking for and went out of his way to find it and alert me when it became available. He was friendly, competent, and delivered as promised. I've already recommended him to a friend that's in the market. My entire experience with the dealership has been a positive one.

Every time I go here for service on my Range Rover I receive consistent excellent customer service and treatment. This is the first time I have dealt direct with the dealership and experienced repeat satisfaction. My service advisor knows me by first name now and he does anything he can to make my experience as smooth as possible. You will not be disappointed. This is a great place to take your Land Rover.

What an amazing experience with the entire dealership! Courtney Lovegreen (salesperson) was professional, accommodating and great at keeping me in the loop about when my car would be arriving and any changes in programs that would be available upon its arrival. Service was prompt and complete. I have owned my car for 8 years,originally purchased new at Fields, and all service has been accomplished at the dealership. They have always offered sound advice and have stood by all services accomplished. I consider them to be very responsible. I will admit they can be pricey, but I have always gotten what I paid for. I do understand that high end car service does cost more. After all I lived in England for three years. It's not cheap over there either. One other note, the employees are always cheerful. T. K. This is the second Range Rover we have purchased from Land Rover Orlando. Both times Matt Yates, was our salesperson, and a very good one he is. We actually conducted both purchases online both the trade in and the new car. We struck the deal and Matt drove the new RR HSE to Gainesville and drove the trade in back to Orlando... Front door service... I have nothing but nice things to say about Matt Yates and the dealership... We will do the same thing again in a couple of years... Great fun , great service, great vehicles. Up till last year I had never visited a Land Rover dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of excellence of the staff, which resulted in my daughter buying her first Land Rover. Based on that experience my wife and I visited Land Rover as my wife was looking at changing out her Cadillac SRX. We had been up till then been 100% Caddy people for the last 20 years. We had a great Sales Guide by the name of Michael Kammer, and he helped us to determine the vehicle we needed. We choose the Range Rover Evoque. An important factor for us to do business with Land Rover was the projection of service with excellence. So looks like when my Caddy XTS is due for renewal Land Rover will be a big consideration. The man that sold me on the product to begin with was Michael Kammer

My company was recently in the market for a new Truck. Land Rover of Orlando, had a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. After reviewing it online and contacting Land Rover of Orlando, I was pleased to find the vehicle still available and priced as shown. Later that day I went to look at the vehicle, after buying numerous vehicles in my life, I was not looking forward to another dealership experience. When driving away, in the new truck, not 2 hours after arriving, I was stunned how enjoyable the entire purchase experience was. To have a professional staff whose sole goal was to make myself, the client, happy and meet the excellent standards of the Land Rover company, was very nice. Though I did not purchase a Land Rover, you would have never known the difference in service. They had a straight forward pricing system, and I strongly advice others to check out used vehicles from the Land Rover dealership here in town, as well as other Fields dealerships. We were advised that all of the Fields dealerships in town use a similar, straight forward, used vehicle, pricing system, in order to keep non dealership vehicle numbers low. In general it was a surprisingly good experience. I would recommend anyone interested to at least check out the inventory at Land Rover Orlando, because if they have something that works for you, you will be hard pressed to find another dealer with more reasonable pricing, and you will not find one with better service. Obviously if you want a Land Rover you would be doing yourself a disfavor by not engaging Land Rover Orlando. The facilities are of the highest quality around, for any dealership, so your time spent there is not uncomfortable. Erik Alhberg helped us throughout the entire process once we stepped in the door. A true professional and pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

My salesperson Erik was GREAT! I walked in and was greeted immediately. We literally sat down, I told him where I wanted to be on the numbers and he made it happen within 15-20 minutes. Erik made the process very simple and quick as possible which is huge in my book. I was in and out in no time!! I would recommend Land Rover Orlando to everyone!!
