A soaring review for Andrew Norfleet and his staff!

"I based my decision to hire Mr. Norfleet to handle my #SSDI application on the reviews posted. I was most attracted to the customer service part of the reviews. From the beginning of the application process, to the end of the award of the appeal hearing, the entire staff was so friendly, caring, accommodating and sincere. Several times they would even meet me in the parking lot to get papers I was dropping off. It was difficult for me to walk the distance to get inside the office and all I had to do was call them and someone would come to my car to get the papers. Who does that anymore?! Mr Norfleet was so through and detailed throughout the entire 18 month appeal process. He made the process as easy as it could be during the appeal. At the appeal hearing, he was completely prepared and confident. He certainly eased my fears of the hearing. He advised me what to expect at the hearing and he was right on every mark! My case was settled very quickly (less than three weeks) which was very unusual. I attribute the quick resolution to Mr. Norfleet's thoroughness, preparedness, professionalism, and respect for the court. I highly recommend Mr. Norfleet to anyone who needs assistance with their Social Security Disability filing!"
