Such great customer service and honest prices. I initially came in for a screen replacement on my laptop but they also brought to my attention that one of the small [connectors] for the "WiFi" was broken so they fixed that as well. I left extremely happy and satisfied. This is the best place to go in all of NYC for a repair. Also SUPER FAST

I could have not had a better experience with The Rossmann Group. After running there after work on the brink of hysterics. They calmly and quietly worked on my lap top. Assuming I was going to need the mother board replaced on top of the rush fee to fix it I was looking at around 400$. 35 minutes later, the charger was replaced, which cost $150 and the rush fee was $45 (which is very fair considering they took care of it that very moment). $200 later, it was well worth the money and the full attention paid to my situation. I am not sure the young woman's name that worked on my computer, but she is truly a professional and her ability to quickly and efficiently solve the issue was impressive. I am thankful I did not go through Apple, and I feel fortunate to live in a city where there are incredible small businesses like The Rossman Group.

Very friendly. Took the time to figure out that my laptop was done for. Made reccomendations for a new one without trying to sell me anything. Didn't charge me a cent. I will definitely go back

Had a liquid spilled macbook pro. Apple store gave a quote for $1100, which was the price I paid to buy the mac in first place. I was using my laptop by connecting a external keyboard for a long time. Found Rossmann videos on youtube, mailed in my laptop and week and a half later, my build in keyboard works just fine. Rossmann charged me a $175. Thank you!

Very friendly, thorough, easy to get in touch with, and respond quickly in addition to fantastic work. I ended up spilling some water on my Macbook Pro that wasn't even a year old at the worst time possible (when I needed my laptop and the things on it most). I went to Apple and they quoted me $1400 and an additional 500$ for data recovery regardless of whether or not it was needed. Naturally, my things don't even get damaged in the same way other laptops do and my logic board was done for. Louis took a quick look at it the day I brought it in and said that the hard drive doesn't seem to be affected (something apple wanted to charge me $500 for). They kept in contact with me every step of the way. They got me a great price to replace the board and trackpad for half of what Apple wanted. Thank you, Louis and Steve. I hope I don't have to be the one to bring anything else to you guys, but if I do, I know where to go. Will definitely refer people. I'm also really enjoying the YouTube channel. Thanks again!

I dropped off my laptop 3 weeks ago hoping they would be able to fix my macbook pro 2012 laptop. I waited seven days for them to look me in the face and said there was nothing wrong with the laptop. after begging and pleading with them to look into it before I send my wife to pick up the laptop that Friday night they said they found the problem. they call me back the following week going on week 2 and said this corrosion on the border. I'm under the assumption that that's their job and they would fix it right? NO.... two days before Christmas I decided to call back and they said they would try to fix it and and oh wait there's more the laptop wouldn't turn on anymore keep in mind according to them for the first full week they keep telling me it was working and come pick up the laptop. two days after Christmas I called back this TUESDAY and they said there's nothing they could do about it and it's not turning on anymore but don't worry we won't charge you . last night I ended up taking the hard drive and the memory out and dumping the laptop. because when my wife came home with the laptop you could feel the laptop is on because it was running hot but but there was no display. when I ask my wife when she picked up the laptop did they say anything to you she said they just handed me the laptop. this is oh and I'm expecting him to come back and say something to me because he's a online BULLY. this is what him and his trolls had to say on YouTube Louis Rossmann =The real issue is that we don't charge for no fixes. A good amount of places charge something for the no-fixes so that if they put 7 hours into a single board, they at least can buy lunch with it, for those rare cases that 7 hours of free work that ends in a no-fix isn't appreciated by the end customer. We should do that... or Louis Rossmann= you gave us a corroded pile of kernel panicing, nonworking computer, and got back a cleaned pile of nonworking computer. different state of nonworking sure, but it's not fixable, what to do.... keep in mind like I said in the first paragraph they told me to come and pick up the computer after a week but it was working . do your self a favor and stay away if the Liquid Damage has gone too far because they probably will destroy your computer and tell you that "they should have charged you for it" :)
