We had a really nice meal. The menu was varied so that there were new tastes (stuffed razor clams) as well as old favorites (mussels) for each of us. Even the crab cake, which would have been good on its own, was a delightful surprise when presented on a bean salad bed. Nice contrast to the subtle flavors of the crab cake. My bouillabaisse was wonderful. My friend's scallops were artfully presented, and she said they were quite good. All in all, a delightful meal for the three of us.

Have always wanted to eat at Summer Shack at Mohegan Sun...but found ourselves hungry in Hingham Friday night, so decided to stop in...without reading the reviews. The lack of a wait should have been a warning. I should note, that the dinner was actually very good. And the bread basket contained tasty, warm breads. The sea bass special was really wonderful. Great smoky flavor, and a nice sauce. The onion rings & sweet potato fries were fab

Happy hour is 4:30 - 6:30, M-F bar side only. All menus items are $4. each, and there is a good selection. Pick two items (they are not skimping on portions), add a beer, or glass of wine, tax and tip and you're at about $16. Really good for an early dinner, then catch a 7pm movie.

I had three appetizers. The half dozen fresh oysters with a cold drink was wonderful. The squeeze of lime and Tabasco sauce on top of the oyster was heaven. The fried clam appetizer was cooked perfectly. Nice and crunchy, not too oily.

We went last weekend (two adults and two boys ages 13 and 10) to this location. It was a Saturday night and we reserved a table through OpenTable and we had no wait at all. We were seated immediately and our server came by right away. There were two lobster lovers at the table and two steak lovers...both meals were excellent and service was attentive. It was pricey ($20/1 lb lobster, $32/1.5 lb lobster, $22/steak dinner) but not anything we didn't expect. Not an everyday restaurant (for us, anyway!) but for a treat it was perfect. Casual atmosphere where you would be comfortable in jeans and a Red Sox shirt or dressed nicely.
