Thank you Representative Jonathan Stickland for stopping SB 768!

Home schooling families are grateful for the unpopular stance you took to keep this detrimental bill from being passed. When THSC revealed to you that SB 768 would hurt families by taking away some of their rights in court, you took immediate action!

He is awesome.  FINALLY some Reps that are constitutionally adherent and know the difference between a democracy and a republic.  :)

SB 303 is dead!

Because Chairwoman Lois Kolkhorst didn't allow SB 303 to be voted on this last week, SB 303 missed a House deadline on Saturday and died.

Thank you for calling, emailing, and praying to keep families safe in Texas!

Yesterday, the THSC Watchmen met with Texas Supreme Court Justice John Devine and spoke with him about the judicial process and the amount of family law cases heard by the Texas Supreme Court.

What do Texans think about the power doctors have in Texas?

Watch how they react to the provisions allowed by the current law and authorized by SB 303.

Texas Right to Life made this video because they are one of many organizations, including THSC, OPPOSED to SB 303. For an in-depth look at SB 303, see: http://bit.ly/19tZ3SA
