This powerhouse of a meal is incredibly good for people with Parkinson's, easy to make and even easier to clean up after! It uses salmon (omega-3 fatty acids for the brain and nervous system; protein; B12, vitamin D, iron, and iodine); broccoli (vitamins A, C; fiber); and sweet potatoes (vitamin A, carotenoids, xanthophylls, vitamin C, manganese, B vitamins, fiber).
