All staff were really accommodating when I was unable to catch my cat to bring her in. Vet Vitor is a cat whisperer! And he called me with results of test, not the other way round. Really helpful in terms of making me aware that my policy included paying for meds - saved me a fortune as I was able to claim back what I had already paid!!

Ok small practice, the vet was nervous around my German Shepherd, which lead to several fraught vaccination appointments, but helpful reception and nursing staff. Got the details on my pet passport wrong and was reluctant to correct them, claiming having the wrong date of birth and wrong colour of my dog didn't matter. I find that hard to believe.

Medivet Greenwich were great with my elderly cat who had multiple issues, and were especially sympathetic and helpful when she died, offering to keep the surgery open for me if needed. I have already registered my new pets with them.

We've been talking our cat to Medivet Greenwich for 4 and a half years (we also watched the panarama program), he went from wolverine type fighting cat, to really placid with Viv and his co workers, sitting still when required and even giving them a cuddle, We've never had any problems with leaving him with Greenwich when he's had to stay in - he's been a poorly cat. Viv he alway been available to speak with and has been knowledgeable and understanding each and every time we've needed assistance. I think that speaks volums about how Greenwich treat the animals. If we ever moved out of the area I'd travel back to visit the Greenwich clinic without a doubt.

Maisy has been coming since she was a 6-week old pup. She is now 9. I found a lump on her side on Monday, she saw the vet on Tuesday, underwent an op to remove them on Weds, X-rayed etc to check for anything else. Much better than BUPA with humans with cancer and, despite it all, Maisy still loves going to the vets! She has recovered brilliantly. Cannot fault the service and treatment that was given.

Really disappointed. They do not know how to handle my cat and are very casual in their approach. Also disappointed that there is no veterinary Dr but rather a surgeon.

The Greenwich branch of Medivet is truly the best vet's surgery I could have hoped to find. We've been taking our house rabbit here since he was a baby and they've provided the most excellent service you could ask for. The vet, Viv, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, very gentle with our rabbit, always willing to answer questions and just make that extra bit of effort that makes the difference. He is great at explaining what the treatment involves in a way that is easy to understand. He was also a great comfort on the sad day we had to have our hamster put to sleep. The prices are excellent, very reasonable fees for vaccinations and surgery. We are only ever charged for the medicine or treatment, never for all the extra advice we get at every appointment. On one occasion he even clipped our rabbit's claws at no extra cost. They will always tell you upfront what everything will cost if you ask and I have never had any nasty surprises when it comes to paying the bill. I'm always able to get through on the phone and have always been able to get an appointment that day in an emergency. After the rabbit's castration surgery, I was able to call when I was worried about him and get advice from the vet over the phone. They are always helpful and willing to try to fit us in. The surgery and waiting room are clean and not overly busy - we are always seen at our allotted time and most of the time we are the only people in the waiting room which is kind of a godsend if you have a small animal who'd be frightened by lots of dogs barking. The reception staff are always friendly and polite. I honestly have no complaints about this place and recommend it to all my friends with pets.
