Breathe, an app coming soon to the Apple Watch, is designed to help you chill out. But so far there’s little evidence that “mindfulness” apps have health benefits.

Peace is our real nature. We spoil it. What is required is that we stop spoiling it. We are not going to create peace anew. For instance, originally there is nothing but space in a room. We fill it up with various objects. If we want space, all we need do is remove all those objects, and we get space. In the same way, if we remove all the rubbish, all the thoughts, from our minds, peace will appear. What is obstructing the peace has to be removed. Peace is the only reality.

We all carry wounds in us that we received as children, and taking the path of healing these wounds makes it much easier for us to relate to and understand the children in our life. Whatever we haven’t transformed, we’re likely to pass on to our children and to our students. Our suffering will become their suffering. This is why practicing mindfulness in our daily lives is so important.

A Kundalini morning.

If you become familiar with the inner you through vocational practice.

You may decide to be honest with the real you and become a magnet for higher energy.

That distant idea of normality, as viewed by those who remain asleep, dissipates into the limited illusional past which the ego is unable to repeat within your Psychic awareness or even your waking consciousness.

For this illusion is shown for what it was.
Meaningless and irrelevant.

Normality is no longer able to hold you down in the quagmire of everyday illusion.

Flow with the zest of your Soul.
Hear the Om. Feel the power. Savour the peace.
Sit quietly in your dopamine heaven.

Surrender and open up to the possibilities of your Resonant Being.

Accomplishment comes more surely when your efforts are calm and your spirit is peaceful. Consider how very much more you can get done when your energy is not being sapped away by a frenzied mind. True serenity is not the absence of action, but rather action with integrity, confidence and a steadfastness of purpose. The world may very well be swirling around you in a constant turmoil. But you don't have to adopt that turmoil as your own. The more frenzied and hurried life becomes, the more serene and unperturbed you have the opportunity to be. Whatever you can accomplish in a hectic and chaotic state, you can accomplish much more powerfully with peaceful, calm determination. When you're confronted with turmoil, respond with serenity. It will lift you to a higher level of experience and accomplishment.
