Microsoft is adding verified icon, email promotion features to Outlook.com: I wonder if this will help with more inboxing for brands. I either way, email marketers should look into it.

I met with a gentleman that owns a law firm last week at Pubcon. He was telling me that he creates content for the user from their perspective and not one of a lawyer. That is the right tactic. After all, it is about the customer and not the company when it comes to content marketing.

The more he spoke, the more impressed I became. Think different. Just because you are a lawyer, does not mean that you have to have dry content. That goes for any industry!
