Looks really good.  Wish the sauce was available in LA.  I wrote the company, but the closest is San Diego.  I will make these at some point.  At this point, you have changed my cuisine:  I make your lentil soup (slightly adapted) every second night or so; and I make your sweet and sour tofu on Saturday nights, because it's more labor intensive.  Thanks for your guidance.

Christian and I thought it was delicious.  I don't use soy sauce so used Amino liquid instead, and I cut down the siracha slightly to 2/3 tsp so it wouldn't be too spicy for Christian.  And my tofu wasn't quite as firm. But it came out perfectly, was delicious and it will become a staple like your Greek lentil soup. (I don't bother with the bay leaves anymore).  x0x0

+HeathCliff Rothman I'm soooooooooo glad you made it your own and are loving it! You've absolutely got to try it with my coconut ginger rice (you can do it with whole grain rice if you prefer). Thanks again <3 xoxoxox

It's not something I would make - I'm vegan - unlike your lentil soup, which is already LEGENDARY - but it's wonderful to see you and your mother on-camera.  FYI, Christian LOVES your soup, and I cook it EVERY week!  And I think of you every time I see Benedict Cumberbatch!

I see the negative reviews, and the misconduct flag - but that's not the Paul Haar that I know. He tackled what appeared to be an "impossible" immigration case, where I had a negative assessment in my file for unknowingly crossing the border between Canada and U.S. while waiting for my U.S. green card. It appeared to be an impossible situation. But I knew from even the preliminary conversation with Paul that he understood the ins and outs of the issue, within the context of the mechanism of the immigration department, and how to proceed effectively. And he managed to rectify an impossible situation, and get my green card. Subsequently, I got my U.S. citizenship some years later, and he was on the journey from the start to finish. I read that he could be rude. I never experienced that. He is a very very bright man, and perhaps he doesn't "suffer fools gladly." I have no idea. But he was courteous, and as they say in Yiddish, he was a "mensch." I highly recommend him, and have recommended him to friends and colleagues. He is in the upper tier of immigration lawyers in the U.S.
