Almost every experience I've had at olive garden has been similar. They are super sneaky and there are always hidden charges. They will ask you if you want dipping sauce or your drink topped off or another variety of soup or sauce, never telling you that they are charging you an arm and a leg for it. This last time my wife and I got the endless soup and they asked if we wanted a salad. we said we'll turn just one of the soups into a soup and salad. they only gave us one salad, but changed both meals to soup and salad! it cost almost 40$ for 2 bowls of soup and 1 salad! Everything is waaaaay over priced. This is the last time I'm getting burned by their lies (hidden fees). There is no decency in this chain. Third and last time something like this has happened.

What has happened to this place? My wife and make an annual trip to Las Vegas and we could not wait until this year so we could eat at our new favorite home restaurant, Olive Garden. Last year, same time, we had the PERFECT dining experience. What happened to Edward? We went every day and asked for him because he was the perfect waiter in our opinion. What happened to Jefferson? He was the ultimate in management, he truly cared about the customers. He's gone. What happened to James? Another example of an upstanding waiter. Gone. In their place? RUDE! OBNOXIOUS! You owe us we don't owe you sh!t people. Management is the WORST. When I asked the waiter for the manager because our waiter was rude, playing on his phone by the soda machines, and we had waited 30 minutes for our food, he left and came back and said Francisco would be to our table when he got a chance. The waiter then walked away without refilling our drinks!! When Francisco did finally come to our table, 15 minutes later, and we still didn't have our food, he offered us a free dessert. WTF??? Seriously, WTF??? I wanted food, not sugar. Our food arrives five minutes later and my wife's alfredo was dry. It looked like someone took a fork and swirled it or something to make it look wet. IT WAS DRY! My lasagna looked like someone left a frozen thing in the oven too long. It was black, burnt and dry. DRY! Some other manager, a woman, comes up and we tell her that the food is dry and cold, she offers to replace it. Ten minutes later, another round of cold food is set in front of us. We walked to the front and talked to Francisco again, and that rude-a** said he would give us 10% off the ticket. For what? For cold food we didn't eat? I am NEVER returning to this restaurant again. Never. Not even in my hometown. That's how bad we were treated. If any of the people who work there read this, Francisco is bottoming out your restaurant. Seek new employment, except our waiter, you deserve what you get there. And if anyone knows where Jefferson, Edward or James are now working, please let me know because I will take a cab to where they're working simply to be treated like royalty again. Whoever is in charge of management of this store fncked up BIG TIME!

I absolutely loved the service we got today. We walked in and the greeter was so sweet to my son and even brought him a bread stick right away. Then we were greeted by an amazing waitress who made our day and visit just the best. Thank you so much.

wow so mad!! worst take out food ever from olive garden. for starters i got the minestrone soup and it was pure broth and tomatoes and not the good parts the end parts for some reason. then my pasta was not cooked like at all i got the 5 cheese zity it was frozen in the middle i had to microwave it and you could tell it was microwaved by the workers it was chewy.my husband got the new burger which was just nasty way over salted and they fried the tomatoes. the fries were good but because they were steamed on the way home they were soggy. The biggest problem i have was they charged me $30.00 for two when my plate was 10.49 and his was 11.00 i would have tipped the but they added 5.00 extra to my bill my guess is they added a tip. we asked for a receipt they said ok we will put it in the bag. i looked before i left no receipt i went back to the lady and told her said no it just on the bottom with a big cheesie smile. the food is not good at this location. and my pasta i make at home tastes better and can feed my whole family with $10.00 you cant even buy something with out meat for 10 dollars at OG. prices are crazy for pasta .

Everything was going great, my friends and I were eating and having fun. Then it came time to pay. We split the check and my friends pay in cash and the waiter DIDN"T BRING THE CHANGE BACK. So we're waiting, minutes pass and still the waiter doesn't come back with their change, which was going to end up being his tip by the way. From the looks he was giving us we could tell he was just waiting for us to leave already, but we though it was just taking a while for him to bring back the money. Then OUT OF NOWHERE he comes up to us and very rudely asks if 'there was something wrong with the service' since we only left a $3 tip on a $54 tab. WHAT?! What tip? We hadn't even given him anything yet because we were waiting for the change? And he walked away without waiting for a response, so he was just trying to start shit. So my friends never got their money back, and I sure as hell didn't leave a tip after that little tantrum. What a stupid freaking douchebag.

I think the description should be changed... there's nothing standard about this restaurant. The cuisine is exquisite and the service is quite professional but still warm. Remarkable experience!

I went to Olive Garden with my wife. We had the $25 deal they have going on now. At first, we were a little nervous because our waiter David seemed quite inexperienced and may need more training. We asked Lin for another waiter and Edward took over. WOW! He belongs in a five-star establishment. His food and beverage expertise surpassed anything we expected. He asked what the wine my wife had ordered, and immediately asked if she would rather have a different meal or different wine, because the wine she was drinking was not the best compliment to her meal. My wife, who has been a Chardonnay drinker since the day I met her, said ok, and he brought her a sample of a house blend called Moonlight. She loved it. Management willing to listen to our concerns, a server that has a can-do personality, and a no-rush hassle-free dinner. I would recommend this particular Olive Garden simply because of the people. Although I strongly suggest they have David learn more before they put him on the floor again. He's personable and I'm sure he's a great asset to the company, but he's not a people person. It's better to laugh with the waiter rather than at the waiter.

The food here is as good as any Olive Garden can be expected (Which I enjoy), but the service is what makes this one stand out. The manager here is amazing. I ordered here for my office lunch and they forgot part of my order. When I called in about it, the manager promptly appologized and offered to mail me a gift card. I was expecting $5 to arive in 6-8 business weeks, but was shocked when a $20 gift card arrived by FedEx the next morning whith a hand written letter from the manager. Great staff, great food, 5+ Stars!!
