How does one go about reporting bugs in the official release software?

I've upgraded my D6653 with 6.0.1 (Build 23.5.A.0.575) and noticed that using the dialer for IVR menus (press 1 for sales, press 2 for support etc etc) don't work.

You can press the number, you'll hear the tone in the earpiece, but the remote end never receives a DTMF tone.

I figure something like this will need to be fixed on an official release - but no idea on how / where to file this to get it in front of the right eyeballs.

+Telstra - is there any news on when Craigieburn (3064) will get 700MHz LTE coverage?

My PSTN service got cut last week by workers dragging through the new NBN fibre - and Telstra have supplied a 4G USB dongle until we figure out how to resolve the problem - but its actually slower than the ADSL service I was getting.

As the resolution for the PSTN service may be 'dig up the nature strip and across the road', I'm wondering which will come first...
