TiVo sucks.

There, I said it. I've been a loyal subscriber for more than seven years. The last four months have destroyed every single bit of good will that I had for the company.

1) Hardware has failed multiple times.
2) It always takes at least two calls to resolve anything.
3) Every support call takes at least 30 minutes.
4) They offer peanuts to make good on hours of hassles.
