Sometimes we get caught up in life. Work, relationships, family, time, money...all the life stuff can get in the way...it's heavy stuff!
But health is always light. It's always in you, even when you don't feel well or you have a so called "health" problem.
Well, what if health problems didn't exist? What if so called health problems were really manifestations of some dysfunction in your body that, if improved, could actually be impacted to not only make you feel better, be "healthy" or get back to life but also help you create the experience you want in every way.
Well...it can! And it does.
You live your life through your nervous system. If your life is not so good in some way right now, then physically, chemically, or emotionally there is some disconnect or short circuit in your nervous system function too. Clear that dysfunction and let your body get back to doing what it's designed and programmed to do!
When you do, you'll have a better chance at doing all the things you need and want to do every day to have the experience you want and ultimately be the person you desire to be.
