Try Low Level Laser Therapy for Reducing Pain, Inflammation and Edema...
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) is often applied to a wound or injury for short periods of time. When the light is applied at proper levels and amount of time, it can be quite effective for treating pain and inflammation, speeding healing, and even reversing some conditions. Often treatment last only a few minutes and is used multiple times.

You might ask, “How can light heal me?” Current research shows that the light. or phototherapy, stimulates certain processes in the cells that are touched by the laser. The mitochondria are the powerhouses of each cell. When the light stimulates the mitochondria, there will be an increase in respiration and more energy available to the cells.

LLLT has been widely tested in clinical trials and has been sown to be very effective for treating both acute and chronic conditions The laser is used to treat wounds, nerve issues, tendons, bones, and internal organs!

Call and ask about a Low Level Laser Treatment with us today!

Fabulous and easy Vegan Raspberry Coconut Ice Cream... and you don't need an ice cream maker!
1 can coconut cream (14 oz)
1 can coconut milk (full fat and 14 oz)
2 - 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 inch of chopped vanilla bean or 1 tsp. vanilla
4 teaspoons of maple syrup or stevia to taste
a pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in the blender. If you have a really powerful blender, the frozen berries will mix in, thickening the ice cream. If the mixture gets too thick, you can add several tablespoons of coconut water, one at a time. Remember, the ice cream will be softer if coconut water is added. Eat immediately, or put in a glass container and freeze for up to 3 weeks.

Visited Living Arts Wellness for my first colon hydrotherapy session today. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and overall experience from the first phone call to the actual cleanse. Kristi did an amazing job and her expertise, professionalism, and energy made my visit the very best it could be. I have already scheduled my second session and look forward to the benefits that come from this first session. Thank you!

I highly recommend Aaron Cason and his wonderful myofascial release massage at Living Arts Wellness. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for years and tried many different modalities to treat it. Aaron is the first practitioner to give me hope of recovery. I've had drastic improvement since I started seeing Aaron weekly about 6 weeks ago. In addition to massage, Aaron educated me and provided some new stretching techniques specific to my issue. I wish more people with plantar fasciitis knew about myofascial release and about Aaron. He's a lifesaver!

I have been a client at Living Arts Massage for about 5 months. I selected Deb for my first massage and I was so pleased I haven't tried any of the other massage therapists. However, I am sure they provide the highest quality massages as Deb. I prefer deep massages to relieve neck and shoulder pain and I feel so much better in the weeks following my massage. The atmosphere is calming and everyone I have met are extremely pleasant. I highly recommend visiting Living Arts.

Absolutely amazing. My husband and I had couples massages done here for our anniversary. Our massage therapists made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. I live in Denver and I would be willing to drive back to Fort Collins just to have another massage done here.

Naomi, we are thrilled that you enjoyed your couple massage and will look forward to seeing you again!

Living Arts Wellness has a variety of massage therapists, and all whom I have seen have been wonderful. I have visited Mandy and Amy the most, and each of these ladies is sincerely concerned with providing a healthful and healing massage experience from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you inhale a glass of water after you're finished. Both have also modified my massage position when needed, to accommodate a cold or an injury, for example. Thank you LAW!

4 years ago I wrote- "What a nourishing, healing and beautiful center. Receive the best massage here and plan on going back regularly." Am still a very grateful client. Celeste is not only incredibly skillful, but also invests in her ongoing training for her clients and knows so much about holistic health. She also has created a wonderful healing center with other highly skilled practitioners.
