We appreciate your feedback. The problem with the food was in part, related to equipment issues at the empty house over spring break and, in part, an oversight by our cook. There was a gallon of expired milk and the blueberry bagels displayed some discoloration that was not mold. Upon learning of the issue this morning, 3/31, our Chef Matt met with Daniel and they resolved the issues.
We provide our fraternity clients with fresh, restaurant quality, scratch made meals. The guys eat well. Fresh Herb Roasted Chicken with garden vegetables and roasted red potatoes for dinner Sunday, fresh made Beef Bolognese for dinner on Monday and scratch made Chipotle Roasted Pork burritos for dinner tonight.
