Google Chrome has become almost unusable for me with the introduction of "OK Google" listening.  I had to disable it (under Advanced Settings -> Privacy for some reason).  My laptop is a little old.  Is anyone else having this problem?

It may be my laptop.  Firefox also has problems, but I think the listening plugin in Chrome is making it worse.

Add "no proselytising" to the sign.

"I'm not selling anything, I just want to give you this information about commemorating the anniversary of the death of Jesus."

Are you confused about what the "No Soliciting" sign on the door means? Playing word games to insist that you're not technically selling anything isn't helping your case.

Thank you, Google, for getting serious about email.
Google are known for their April Fool's Day pranks, and back in 2004, they initiated not just one but two jokes on April 1. The first one was a proposed job position on the moon, while the second was a free email service.

Is the number of all pizzas larger than the number of all possible pizzas?

This looks pretty exciting (to a geek): a new kind of programming language.

Sometimes I don't get Spring (The Java framework, for you non-geeks).  It takes an awful lot of setup that's very hard to debug.  What do you get out of it?  Some Inversion of Control, some MVC, some help with JDBC.  But it's that there isn't much documentation to setup something new.  Like I was using C3P0 for connection pooling.  I have Spring docs and C3P0 docs, but nothing about C3P0 on Spring.  Stackoverflow.com helped, but really, it took a couple of hours to do something that should have taken a few minutes.  That's just one example, but I'm interested if other people have similar problems.

Google doesn't work on Google, MS doesn't work on MS.. weird.  Firefox win, I guess.

Hey, does anyone know of an old folk song with a nonsense chorus -- it goes something like this:

I married a maid in the month of June
Risslety rasslety row mow mow
Her mother said it was too soon
Nickity nackity Hey bombasity
Willowby weatherby retro pro quality
Risslety rasslety row mow mow

She combed her hair but once a year
...
With every stoke she shed a tear
...

(something about the month of May, she ran away)

Ha!  That's it!  I tried Googling the the English parts and got nothing.  I figured the nonsense parts would be harder to get right.  Thanks.
