Kindle, nook, or ??? Trying to talk myself into taking the plunge and getting an e-Reader. I hear the nook is more versatile but it looks like the kindle is easier to read outdoors. I would love to get some first hand opinions. Thanks and enjoy your day!

+Jürgen Hubert +Bill Cutrer +Lynn Pierce I just got the Kindle a few days ago and really do like it. There was a display of the e-readers at a store side by side and that really finalized it. The Kindle is very easy to read, the display is like you are ready off of an actual book. I've uploaded some of my work PDFs and can take them outside to read in the sunshine without having to print them. Soon they will make it possible to check out library books as well so that is a bonus! Thanks for your feedback everyone.

Such interesting times we are in now. Technology can be good and bad. A person can get voice their opinion quickly, sometimes without much thought. How much do you consider what you post before you post it?

Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

Definitely an introvert! I'm trying to look at the different ways introverts and extroverts interact with social media. I think there are a lot of introverts that feel more comfortable interacting this way.

Story
Introduction

What is Moxie Creek you ask?  Let me try to answer that for you.  Moxie Creek is not a physical location; it’s more of a philosophy.  Webster’s Dictionary defines Moxie as energy, courage, determination, know-how and expertise.  You probably have your own image of what the word Creek brings to mind.  For me it is a relaxing and graceful flowing body of water.  Put these two words together and you have Moxie Creek – the know-how and expertise to take your challenges and find solutions to make your business flow smoothly.

My idea for Moxie Creek came from the desire to be able to take control of my life and find a balance in work/life.  Being a small business owner and feeling you have to do it all is no longer necessary!  The new way of doing business allows entrepreneurs to defy the “norm”.  How many times do you find yourself frustrated by tasks that you don’t want to do or don’t feel comfortable doing?  Wouldn’t you rather be spending your time with the core of your business?  The reason why you do what you do?  That’s where Moxie Creek comes in.

I have worn many hats in my life. I’ve worked as a business manager, project manager, bookkeeper, web designer, administrative assistant to name a few of my titles.  I never really felt like any of these were really enough for me.  I love to learn new skills and technology but always wanted something more, somewhere I could keep learning.  Starting Moxie Creek is my dream to take my many years of experience and skills and help others in their business.  It’s like all of the pieces are coming together and I know this is what I have been working towards.
