Cold Calling, Cold e-mailing, Social Media Posting and Reading, Responding to enquiries, Writing proposals, Doing presentations ..... Many things need to be done and numbers to be achieved in a typical day of the sales person.
A good enquiry, presentation fixed, a customer acquisition can make the day or even the week positive but the absence of any of this can take the mood to a negative. 
All this depends on engaging the buyer through a good conversation. How can the sales person make this happen.
