First, I would like to say that I was happy that you guys provided my Mother with an awesome birthday experience although the service was not on point. I am only writing this review because I cannot reach anyone that will help resolve my issue. The servers overcharged my card and it was supposed to have been taken care of by the chef and someone else named Mr. Lee. I have not heard from anyone and my account is still showing that the issue has not been fixed. I have called and left several messages, I have emailed the chef who was supposed to get back with me and never did. This is becoming very irritating and unprofessional to say the least. I hope that the owners see this and decide to contact me as almost $600.00 is a lot of money. So, if you see this review please contact me ASAP!

My husband and I entrusted our truck to Choice 1 Autocare on June 1, 2013 at approximately 8:30 am for them to check out. They called and told us we had transmission problems and they gave us the price and a start date of Monday, June 3, 2013. They informed us that the truck would be ready on Friday, June 7, 2013. We were told the amount would be 2100.00. We agreed. On Friday, June 7, 2013, at approximately 2 pm, my husband received a phone call from the store manager stating the truck had been stolen. We were both at work. The store manager called the police and when the police arrived, they told the store manager an owner of the vehicle had to report it. I got off from work at 4 and went straight to the repair shop where they called the police again so I could file the report. At this time the owner was there and he wanted me to tell the police I left the truck in their parking lot with the keys in the truck. I felt uncomfortable and when the owner went inside I asked the store manager to have the police to meet me at my home for me to file the report. The officer did that and I filed the report. After speaking with my insurance agent, the next day my husband called the owner to request his insurance. The owner became irate and refused to give him the information. He also told my husband to give him the title of the truck and then he would help us. At this point, we told him we would be retaining a lawyer. He then told my husband, "let me give you some legal advice, don't call a lawyer." That truck is my husband's way to get to work and we feel they are liable since the truck was stolen from his property and they left the keys in the truck. The owner also said we were trying to screw him. I'm confused because we are out of a vehicle.
