Sites a bit too close, decent facilities. The essence of nature a bit much (cows ). Good one nighter

Everything was wonderful here except the water flow. Horrible water flow! Very difficult to wash dishes or shower.

Normally a hotel road warrior on business travel, I had a chance to try something different and stay in a travel trailer at the Twin Falls, Idaho KOA. Campground and facilities are modest and clean. WiFi was much better that what others have reported and I was able to stream video on my iPad. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The shared yards and proximity to the highway did create noise and also reduced privacy. Also of note would be that many of the additional activities at the campground like the pool, ice cream social, boat rentals, etc. are not available in early May. Best advice would be to ask for a space in the back of the campground to reduce road noise. I'm also tempted to rent one of the camping cabins that overlook the pond as these cabins look very nice, private, and comfortable.

Thanks for staying with us during your recent trip to the Twin Falls area Kevin. We love hearing from all of our guests, especially the ones who are experiencing the camping lifestyle for the first time. We appreciate you leaving such a detailed review for other guests to reference. We do have shared yards on some of our sites, mostly for groups or family members staying together so that is optional depending on the level of privacy you want. Additionally, some of sites are close to the highway but others are not and we do our best to provide an option for all of our guests. It is also based on what type of site you use as not all our sites have the same features. Our cabins are beautiful and we hope you have a chance to come back to stay with us again!

This KOA is very well kept with a friendly staff! They greeted us warmly and even had a little treat for our dog.

On August 13, 2015 while staying at the Twin Falls campground my husband became ill and in great pain. I telephoned the front desk to ask if they had a shuttle or the phone number of a cab company as I needed to take my almost 70 year old husband to the ER. The owner, Kim, offered us a ride. Not only did she drive us to the emergency clinic, Kim stayed until we were released, then drove us to fill the script. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this above and beyond the service level and just plain human kindness Kim showed my husband and me. I cannot thank Kim enough for her kindness to us. I cannot drive the RV, we did not have a tow car, but we did have the best customer service possible. The campground itself is beautiful, there is a lot to do here and includes a cafe that serves great fried chicken.

No Wi-Fi!! I am basing my review on being a long teen guest. If you were just passing thru & needed a place to park & hook up for a night or 2 I'm sure this park would suffice. First do not believe the website they do not have reliable wi-fi. It usually isn't strong enough to even load the log in page! I asked the front desk repeatedly and they always blamed it on the ISP. Not all sites are full hook up so be aware of that. The entrance into the park is dangerous, you have to cross a double yellow line on a major hwy with no turn lane. Be very careful. Bathroom/shower facilities are in serious need of repair/remodel. However, the one really good thing is the water pressure in the showers! Like I said if you're looking for a place to stay long term, look elsewhere, if you just need a couple of nights this place will probably suffice.

Just an overnight stay but way overpriced at $48 for power/water, no sewer. Laundromat equipment old and worn out. Cable connection bad reception. Water flow was bad also.
Response from the owner - 3 weeks ago
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Kathy. We feel our pricing is competitive for the area, especially considering all the extra amenities we offer our guests. We do value all feedback though, and have passed along your comments regarding the cable as well as the water flow and laundry equipment to see where we can improve. We hope you have safe travels and wish you all the best.

location is convenient to the freeway. But services really sucked. could not book on line, and no one answered the phone, (5 attempts) nor any returns on messages. when we arrived all the sites were covered in snow from a snow storm the week before and no one available for check in, only self check. very disappointing, for $44.00 per nite

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. During the winter we do have very limited sites that are available for overnight use and do apologize that your stay was not as pleasant as we would have hoped. We will do our best to make sure our services and site availability during the off season is more transparent for future guests. Safe travels and we hope to see you again in the summer when all of our sites are available.
