I am so glad I found this video! I sleep exactly as described as the number 2 way to "not" sleep. I have been ignoring the symptoms for a while until finally the pain was really terrible and numbness was making it difficult to function. So thank you for showing options on better ways to sleep. I have carpal tunnel in the opposite limb and sleeping on that side has been painful for many years, and I wake up with numbness. So, I mainly sleep on the shoulder in pain and now know that is the culprit!
