Within weeks, the university hopes to be fully moved into a new site at 1 Capitol Mall. 
Believing construction and parking issues over a future downtown arena next door would affect the learning environment, the University of San Francisco will vacate their existing Sacramento site on K Street for a new one at 1 Capitol Mall in the next few months.

Update on home sales in Lake Tahoe: 
The view out of the window is of an alpine lake and tall mountains, not high rises and suburban neighborhoods, but otherwise, Lake Tahoe’s housing market is showing a lot of similarities to Sacramento's so far: Sluggish, softer sales.

Alix Tichelman reportedly is the daughter of SynapSense CEO Bart Tichelman, who has worked for that company for nearly two years. 
​Santa Cruz police on July 4 arrested a high-priced prostitute on suspicion of murder of a technology executive. It turns out the suspect, 26-year-old Alix Tichelman, ​​is reportedly the daughter of a local technology executive.
