I agree with equal access, which is the heart of ADA.  I was sad to see a small business close its doors though when a lawyer sued them for no reason other than to make money.  A small cafe that was in business for more than 50 years next to other cafe shops that were ADA compliant, had to go out of business because it had stairs leading up to the door and renovating the place would've cost more than the money it was making.
