Useful information for travellers and anyone who supports LGBT rights.

Introducing equaldex.com, The Collaborative LGBT Knowledge Base

Equaldex, the collaborative #LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) rights knowledge base has launched! The site is aimed at crowdsourcing every LGBT-related law around the world.

The site provides users an accurate and comprehensive global view of the LGBT movement, with the use of maps, LGBT rights timelines, statistics, and historical data in each country and region.

Equaldex is completely collaborative; as LGBT laws change, users update the database, citing reputable sources for accuracy. Other users are encouraged to authenticate the accuracy of each update and the information becomes verified as site usage increases.

I imagine so too (for some reason I failed to notice the non-existence of part of Africa, Mexico and some of south-east Asia!).

Never sure if these things are real, but if one kid listens it's worth it.

Wow, I remember discussing old 1960's computers in the same way, but Creys were big modern computers!

What was once a room full of parts, now fits on 1/100 of a thumb nail.

Those were the days when the city of Hull was the electronic communications centre of the country, because of the fact that dear old Kingston Upon Hull Telephones allowed totally unmetered local calls, the world and his wife used to run BBS's :-)

Fantastic use of 3d printers

(Sat05) The cast of the future

you can itch and shower which is a plus. The down side is the 3D printing of the cast takes around three hours whereas a plaster cast is three to nine minutes, but requires 24-72 hours to be fully set.

The cortex cast utilizes the x-ray and 3d scan of a patient with a fracture and generates a 3d model in relation to the point of fracture.

I respect John Hurt, but this guy has the right energy for the doctor. Please make it Hugh, give him what ever he wants...
