Oh, Otha's. Right now, in 2016, it's the only little Williamsburgerish boutique coffee shop near the Marcy Avenue Train station. I hear they might open a food court in the building under construction, but for now -- Otha's is all there is. They have good coffees, iced and hot, a few food options, and very skimpy seating area; three stools at the window; two tiny tables that probably are smaller than laptops with tall chairs. The staff is usually super young and super friendly and lively, and the whole place has a bit of good energy; life. Don't ever expect to make this a coffee and restroom stop. They claim not to have a bathroom in their little haven. Hmmph!

Holy grits. The food is great, the gourmet donuts are creative, the espresso is excellent. Don't expect to be able to eat in, but totally worth it.

This place is a hidden gem! It is ever so conveniently located right by the Marcy Avenue JMZ line. It's small, hip and adorable and the staff members are genuinely friendly people. Delicious bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and great coffee! Big fan.

Just what I was looking for in a coffee shop. Straight forward menu of coffee, espresso and breakfast items without unnecessary BS. Great tasting coffee and everyone was helpful and nice. Even though the line was to the door, I was in and out in a few short minutes. I will be back

Otha’s brunch is good and hearty. We ate outside on the sidewalk in a very relaxed environment. Would recommend for a weekend get-together with a friend or date with significant other.

Just getting into NYC and dropping off luggage nearby, and I find this little place. Some of, if not, the best coffee I've had ever. Will be visiting each day I'm here.

The place is tiny (3 tables) & they were out of the brisket, but the grits bowl was delicious and the coffee was good. I'm giving them a five for the food alone.
