I still favour the Weird Al / Huey Lewis apartment scene parody (American Psycho with Huey Lewis and Weird Al), but this Hipster ad has the business card bit down to a tee. Excellent short film.

Walking...ish.

ABA show on BBC Four gets me thinking of where we're at with Emily
Having started the slow road to researching ABA and VB, it was happenstance that there was a show on BBC Four the other night about ABA. It seemed to really dig into the more unsavory aspects of the treatment and there was actually an American woman from a ...

Great pub, great selection of well kept beers too. Nothing from the usual suspect breweries, this is a thinking man's boozer! Well deserved of their CAMRA accolades. I also enjoy the monthly themed mini-beer festivals, featuring around 15-18 beers. Excellent idea. Have yet to try their pub meals, but as they're all under a fiver, you can't really go wrong.

Burger bun was slightly stale and the wedges tasted like yesterday's fresh. At least they forgot to charge us for a drink so there was a plus to our visit.

Attempted to have a meal there last night, but had to abandon as the music was way too loud and headaches were setting in, not to mention the sore throats from yelling. The menu looked appetising, if not very expensive, but the cocktails were pretty poor. You expect a certain amount of value for £8.50 / drink. The appetisers and the wine we had when we sat down for our aborted dinner were quite nice though. The chorizo was just the right kind of spicy, and washed down well with the rioja.
