They have a huge selection of vehicles. I was able to find the exact car that I wanted online before I went to the dealership. I took this information to the dealership, and they quickly found the car I wanted. Cornell Wilson was the salesman who helped me, and he did a great job. He was very helpful, friendly, and personable. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I was stressed out when I went into the dealership, and he quickly relaxed my nerves. There was also a girl who was training with Cornell (I'm sorry, but I forget her name), and she was awesome too. The finance person was also very helpful. The entire process was smooth and issue-free. Great job!

Dave Everett: I recently purchased a NEW 2016 Ford Escape from Skillman Ford. This little truck seems to have some mechanical and rear-end balance issues. I would LOVE to have the dealership check it out, but am hesitant to do so. During the purchasing I had an unfortunately bad experience with the service department. The nice little truck needs to be inspected, though. Maybe I'll call Ford Customer Service and get their suggestion what to do. There is a plethora of reasons why my experience here rated only one star. Suffice to say that if you are a woman shopping/buying alone, are a senior citizen, and if you are disabled, including being a victim of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as am I, then deal somewhere else. Maybe don't even buy a car, just steal one. The implications will be less consequential. I reported Skillman financing malfeasance to Ford Credit and received a call from Ford Credit executive office. The representative told me Skillman financing should have set up an account for me in a much more timely manner. Their not having done this resulted in my having to pay almost twice in interest charge than I should have, according to Ford. Do not deal with salesperson Beau Williamson. I had almost daily contact with him for weeks, while I was attempting to purchase a new car, and he was consistently dishonest. He made the entire experience miserable. I could never depend on what he said from one day to the next.

Great sales support from Beau Williamson! We came in looking for a new Expedition and he ended up pointing us to a super Certified Pre-Owned that fit our needs better. Got a fair & square deal on our trade and the purchase price. Great support all around.

My lease was going to be up mid July, so I went to Ray Skillman Hyundai to check out my options. I actually did test drives a couple different times because I wanted to make sure I wanted to get a Santa Fe over a Tucson. (My current lease was a Santa Fe.) Darla was very patient with me and answered all questions I had. She even was quick to get back to me when I had questions between visits. I ended up with a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, and I couldn't be happier. It has so many options and drives so smoothly. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very helpful and made my experience positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Skillman Hyundai, and would put my Santa Fe up against any SUV out there.

I recently took some rims to Ray Skillman to have some winter tires mounted and balanced. While the tires were mounted properly and balanced, the rims had a weird scuff pattern near the lugs. I assume that the machine used to mount the tires did this. I tried to buff the rims out but to no avail. I know that the rims had no been scuffed prior to tire installation because I had picked the rims up about one hour prior from Indy Powder Coating where the rims had been recoated. Outside of this issue, I have no qualms!

I always have a good experience at Ray Skillman Ford Service dept. My car is always ready when promised. If a repair is needed I'm always given an upfront estimate and the final price always comes in under the estimate. When I was a kid my dad was a new car salesman.He used to always say.." A new car dealership is only as good as its service dept. If you take care of the customer in the back end they will return through the front door as a repeat customer."

The sales guy--Will Afke--was a pleasure to work with for his honesty and candor. He never pressured us and spent the whole Saturday working with us (It was us making HIM wait, not the other way around like car buying can be.). He offered candid input about buying a car in our price range, and what we should consider and look for, even when his advice sometimes took away from what we were looking at. But in the end, his input and our research made us confident in the purchase. We're more confident now that he's called twice already to make sure we were happy with it. We told Will when we first sat down that we were Honda people--but due to a recall we couldn't get what we wanted currently--and that this was his chance to convert us to Ford. He succeeded and I personally love the Ford Fusion now (plus SYNC!).

This was the best car buying experience ever. Our dealer, Rob Sheets made it a wonderful experience. He is the best salesman I have ever met. He helped us find the perfect van. The one I originally looked at was a higher payment but he figured out a way along with Wayne and Pete in finance to get the payment down for us. I've never seen a salesman work so hard to help someone get a vehicle they wanted. I'm so glad that he was the one to help us. We had went to three dealerships before and I was ready to forget it completely. I met salesman at other dealerships that didn't act like they wanted to do much of anything and a finance guy at another dealership that wouldn't return calls. At Ray Skillman because of Rob Sheets the whole car buying process was very enjoyable. I'm never going to another dealership as long as Rob is there!!!
