Lorraine Terrell Penn is a premier event and wedding planner and floral designer who has combined these talents to create Lorraine Terrell Event Services. Lorraine brings over 15 years of experience to the event industry. Her experience stems from the beginning of her career working as an Administrative Assistant with organizations like United Way of Massachusetts Bay, New England Medical Center, Pfizer and State Street Corporation. Along with extensive meeting planning she has coordinated Volunteering Day Activities, Employee Appreciation Events, Award and Recognition Ceremonies and Holiday Parties for over 200 employees.
Lorraine is creative, innovative and detailed oriented. Leveraging her strong background in corporate event planning Lorraine ventured beyond the corporate world and began planning special occasions for friends and family. Lorraine has shown the skills and creativity to plan wonderful events while being strategically cost effective. Just like a rose, every event is unique because they entail the client’s personality. Upon viewing how receptive her skills were with planning birthday parties and anniversary events for friends and families Lorraine’s hunger grew. She wanted to broaden her skills to others which put her in the direction to begin her own business.
